With a background in marketing & communications, growth and business operations, Mary is able to draw on her experience of start ups, corporate businesses and working with global teams to understand the business worlds in which her clients operate.
Her coaching services include:
Core 1:1 executive coaching – working with clients to help them to address challenges to achieve their work and career goals.
Job or career change coaching – Mary helps her clients to visualise what future sucess and happiness looks like, while developing a deeper understanding of their values and what they love and loathe in a job. She then supports them to explore options and develop a plan to get there (which may also include CV review and interview training if relevant).
Leadership training – Mary offers a one day course in people management for businesses based in Edinburgh. This training is also available online for individuals in 4 hourly sessions. Other leadership training topics (including meeting facilitation, personal productivity and unconscious bias) are available on request.
